Candidate must be able to enter orders in computer system accurately and maintain the data base;  compile and maintain documents;  answer department phones, respond to phone orders, customer inquiries, questions, and customer complaints; suggest substitutions for products; Pick orders; invoice orders.

The qualified applicant must also be able to type at least 30 wpm, computer literate; ability to communicate well orally and in writing in English.  Candidate must also be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Overtime hours may be required at times.  A recent high school graduate with a grade II diploma or higher is prefered.
